Browse our Books or Courses store, click Add to Cart on the product you want, proceed to Checkout, enter your details and complete payment. Your product will be available instantly in My Account Downloads.

How do I access my purchases after payment?

Once payment is confirmed, log into your account at clinicalreads.net/my-account and go to Downloads. Your purchased ebooks and courses will appear there with a Download button.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept PayPal and all major credit and debit cards including Visa and Mastercard through our secure payment gateway. All transactions are encrypted and protected.

Can I access my purchases on mobile?

Yes. The Clinical Reads website and your account are fully optimised for mobile, tablet, and desktop. You can download and read your ebooks on any device that supports PDF files.

What is the refund policy for digital products?

As our products are digital downloads, purchases are non-refundable once the download has been accessed. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchase, please contact our team immediately and we will resolve it.

How do I request a book not currently in the catalogue?

Visit our Request a Book page and fill in the form with the title, author, ISBN and any notes. Our team will review your request and contact you if we are able to source the title.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Clinical Reads uses industry-standard SSL encryption across the entire website. Payment details are processed securely by PayPal and Stripe. We do not store your card information on our servers.

I did not receive my download. What should I do?

First check your email for an order confirmation, then log into your account and go to Downloads. If your product is not there, contact us at contact@clinicalreads.net with your order number and we will resolve it immediately.
